On her first project with the Shell Tree Company, Hakumei’s skills—and patience— are tested on a home unlike any she’s ever seen! Carefully researching the techniques employed by the original builder is fundamental to the Shell Tree philosophy, but in the meantime, Hakumei hates to see a client left with a leaky roof! Back at home, Mikochi is dealing with a much tighter schedule, designing and sewing the costume for Conju’s upcoming performance. She has so many wonderful ideas, but can she execute them in just one week?!
