A journey bridging time and space comes to a conclusion as the bond between an odd teacher and her student is illuminated, along with scenes from their shared past. Elaina's travels lead her to many places: a town by the sea for a festival with Fran, an adventure trapped in a book, and a reunion with Saya. In this final volume, a witch's wanderings come to one possible ending as she traverses a road made up of meetings, partings, and prayers for future reunions.
